We’re back at it on the 25th. We’ve reinvigorated our foraging efforts. We’re now making our own charcoal. The aging on our miso is primo. Spring is here. We’re excited. It’ll be fun.
Pairings are deliberately selected by us and will include several wines and sakes throughout the meal. We will also have wine by the glass options as well as cocktails prepared by Hone’s own bartenders for purchase on site.
